Clearly he's talking about the german noblewoman who pulled all the strings behind the scenes and hid all that gold away in their swiss bank accounts.
And then went on to corrupt the true heroes of WW2. They already somewhat succeeded by then by making them accept the 19th amendment and the prohibition.
I could actually explain it but it'll go over your head.

Why were nearly all the traitors the UK arrested, aside from Germans, people of a feminist ideology?
You think treating women as anything but vermin is "feminist ideology".
Just like how importing infinity fighting aged males and discouraging the native population from breeding is "natalism".
Or how the sisterhood are "Nazis" even though you'd get the feminist UK police called on you for espousing "nazi" beliefs.
Any explanation from you has about as much merit as a reddit feminist arguing that the handmaids tale is an accurate prediction of our society.
