Natalism failed under the Soviet Union, in Romania and is currently failing in Japan and South Korea, with calls for it to be repealed. Not forgetting that Fidesz are set to lose re-election because of the amount of money they pissed away on natalism forcing them to sell the country out to Chinese battery manufacturing.
Natalism literally has never succeeded. Bribing people to have kids doesn't work, unless you're a pedophile who can prey on the kids of stupid people who get theirs taken away.
