there needs to be order and regulations otherwise those with no self control will overrun the community. You can post conspiracy theories, not spam 30 memes in short order.

As for mod power, I'm waiting for the final approval from Admin, the (edit: forum users) ~~board~~ ~~has~~ have approved. Next time can you be more specific? I tend to take things literally.
