The deep state have tricked humanity into playing games that are bad for us. Legalize (legal language) is a prime example of that. Words with double meanings are used to trick you out of your Rights in Court on a daily basis.

Fear is the biggest weapon used because fear takes you away from your inner sanctum to the outer world. This is done to destabilize people so they can be more easily persuaded and controlled.

Here is how you beat them. These are actually skills that have to be practiced daily. Jesus gave these instructions for this very reason.

1. When the deep state show you negative news like cops beating on innocent people, their purpose is to enrage the viewer. Why? Because rage creates the energy they need to raise hell in this world. This energy may not seem to matter but it matter a whole lot in the Spiritual realm. The Spiritual realm comes before the physical realm. Whatever happens there manifests into phsyical form here so the energy of rage transforms into enraging experiences for that person which destabalize society. The way you counter this is pure 100% forgiveness of the deep state, of this entire planet and everyone in it, and yourself. This is not about approving of them. This is a spiritual trick of the positive side of life. When a person 100% forgives, they aren't mad anymore in their mind. The anger simmers and transforms to peace. When peace is made inside the spiritual world, it transforms into peaceful experiences for that person in the near future. This creates more stability in the world which is a building block to world peace. Otherwise people can live daily in rage because they don't forgive. There is no need to condone bad behavior. Continue to stop the deep state but look at them like deranged animals. You don't get mad at the animal but you know it has to be stopped.

2. Serve each other like a giant family. This creates by far the most potent energy because first, it creates the energy of love which is always good. 2nd, it creates the energy of unity which is good in the same way it is good to plug in a lot of things into each other to expand capabilities like computers. This leads too so much power, we can literally mentally share knowledge with one another instantly to expand all of our knowledge overnight. There are a lot of things that unlock with unity. Finally, the Bible says where 2 are there together in my name, I am there with them. When people help each other like family, they are doing good works and God is there to ensure success. When an entire society is doing this, the energy of God flows like a spiritual high across the entire planet. Everyone feels fulfilled because they feel they are doing the right thing. Finally, this leads to massive economic expansions that basically cleans up poverty forever and establishes a wealthy planet where as long as one tries to get wealthy, they can. It becomes easy to generate wealth. All this stems from serving each other.

3. Faith is like the opposite of fear and should be concentrated on. Imagine like you always have all your dreams in the moment of now. Pretend. Be an actor. Just say you have it all. The girl, the money, good food, a good home, etc... Whatever you want. Pretend its yours and express gratitude. This creates abundance in the Spiritual realm which bleeds into the physical realm eventually so you literally feed yourself with Faith.

Just these 3 are enough to turn people into winners in a Spiritual War they don't even know they are in.

All this then empowers your soul which creates a sort of shield around you because you will always be in good cheer which means you never produce negative experiences and so you end up always getting positive experiences instead. That not only helps you but it helps the world at the same time.

All the movies, porn, drugs, alcohol, radio songs, schools, corporate culture, economy, wars, etc.. are all meant to spread fear and hopelessness. Then you end up creating negative thought forms in the Spiritual realm that bleed into this world resulting in catastrophe. So there is no choice but to play by the rules that lead to winning but it's not something many can do overnight. It takes nonstop practice to get used to but the benefits show themselves after a few months. It takes time for things to go from the Spiritual realm to the physical.

When the deep state say as above, so below. They are talking about the Spiritual realm being above and the physical below. If they can strike you in the Spiritual realm while you are too Spiritually blind to see what is happening, then your physical realm goes down too. You can say homeless people take the brunt because they feared poverty so much that they became homeless. The fear emotion is completely useless and only Spiritually attuned people are aware of why. It is because when Spiritual people have faith in God, they fear nothing because they know God will carry them every step of the way. Even if they see scary things, they don't fear it.

So the only way to defeat the deep state is this. Legal battles and stuff in the physical come 2nd. First, comes the Spiritual part. Once the Spiritual part is fixed, the physical part automatically fixes itself. If people seriously want change, this is the way.
