"So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or "What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Basically, just don't worry about the practical concern of tomorrow as much as getting in touch with God, that will lead you to good things. This one has helped me deal with the lies of the world
Of course it's true. But, for me it has a deeper meaning. First of all I don't care where it leads, good things or painful ones, makes no difference. As long as I FOLLOW and THE WAY leads me to him. And here is the key word for me "FOLLOW", just like with the first Christians.
In fact they didn't even call themselves Christians, but simply Followers. They just thought of themselves as belonging to "The Way" (Acts 9:2; 19:9, 23; 22:4; 24:14)
I suppose I see whatever God's result is as good. It's not a guarantee that we will like it.
