I dont actually know anyone on ozempic. Ive known a few people who had their stomachs tied or even part of them removed. And one of them is still morbidly obese somehow.

As someone struggling with their weight, being fat is terrible. Whenever I see a statue of buddha I got to wonder how the fuck this guy was so happy when he was obviously morbidly obese.

That resident arsehole was right though, I finally managed to drag my ass into a doctor and had my sugars checked again. Im technically a type 2 diabetic now. Like I said when it happened I would cut the pop out and figure out what to do then. Im not surprised im diabetic, im surprised it took this long. If my math is right, Ive drank about 800 lbs of corn fructose syrup in the last 5 years. My a1c jumped 2 points in a year, but im not surprised about that either. I feel terrible, my neck muscles have a dull constant pain that never ends.

Havent drank any soda in about 3 weeks now. Actually had no caffeine withdrawals, but the sugar withdrawals were bad for the first week. Did a couple 24 hour hour fasts, so I guess its time for me to put my money where my mouth is.

Im sure I qualify for ozempic, but ill pass. I feel pretty good after fasting for 24 hours, but I dont think I can go straight to a 3 day fast and will have to try a 2 day one first. My phosphorous is the bare minimum on the last test lmao, despite taking 50k vitamin d during the week leading up to the test.

But of course, all that doesnt really matter if my parathyroid is fucked, or my kidney is fucked from the work injury. I am so tired these days I dont care anymore.

Hyperparathyroidism is associated with weight gain and a higher risk of diabetes, primarily due to increased insulin resistance and impaired fat breakdown caused by excessive parathyroid hormone (PTH). In contrast, secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease may sometimes lead to weight loss. Symptoms of diabetes like increased hunger and thirst, as well as fatigue from hyperparathyroidism, can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, further contributing to weight gain.

That doctor I seen didnt even bother to check my vitamin d levels, despite taking something like 500,000 units of vitamin d over a year, or my parathyroid hormone. Instead he checks my thyroid stimulating hormone, again.

jesus christ man just take me out to the pasture ive been fighting this battle since I was poisoned in 2018.

ps, im really fucking praying for aliens this xmas.

Igf-1 modification effects growth hormone. Down stream growth hormone controls our bone density and also muscle mass. When IGF-1 gets restricted by server abuse of igf-1 modifiers one of the first weight that gets lost is literal skeletal and muscle mass.

Now there is ways to combat this....cycling on and off the drug for a bit. This allows your body to regulate itself. And also allows you to become more self reliant.

Now in my OWN opinion.....I would do ozempic, coupled with ketogenic diet/carnivore based. This will help preserve the lean muscle tissues. Also I would start resistance training with bands/weights/body weight.

Sometimes people need help to get out of their own way. The issue is when people get reliant on these drugs rather than using them as the tool they are

It almost gives them the methhead look...sunkin eyes and protruding cheek bones, makes a great Halloween costume.

They look like they have a wasting disease. They look like people in the late stages of AIIDS or cancer treatment. I have a friend who has lost a lot of weight using Ozempic or some such. She is fifty-six but from the neck up she looks twenty years older.
