That information is wrong. You can down vote their posts on https://communities.win/c/all, but not on their page, as they have removed the down vote button. Same situation at https://greatawakening.win/.

Hell if I know. It's been nearly 6 years since my account was that fresh, and only understand the down vote restrictions of those two subs, that are technically their own websites, with their own servers.
