The deep state has been trying to make humanity miserable through emotional control techniques because miserable people are easy to exploit.
The #1 weapons are:
-
Poison in food, water, and medicine. Now they are adding it in the air with chemtrails.
-
Fear based media.
-
School indoctrination.
-
Corporate indoctrination.
-
This last one is tricky. When people say they feel a certain way (I feel great), this effects their future experiences directly. If someone had a bad day at work and says "I feel exhausted", then that creates more exhaustion for the future. So if the deep state can make you miserable and you say negative statements, you perpetuate the misery. The way around this is to state how you want to feel like it's already happening. If you want to feel great, just say "I feel great!". That sets the stage for future experience. Or you can say "I feel abundant" or "I am so lucky" or "I feel healthy" etc.... The school system would never teach this or else it would give humanity a tool to self-elevate.
So the solution to breaking free from this exploitation is:
-
Watch what you eat and drink. Focus on organic foods and filtered water.
-
Turn off all media even social media nowadays except for maybe a few minutes a day. If anything, focus on small time user created posts like mine. Stay far from posts by famous users.
-
Homeschool.
-
Work for yourself or for a Ma and Pa shop.
-
Instead of saying how you feel about the past, say how you feel about the future and that will bridge you to future experiences based on how you feel.
#2: This is very critical. Example: I turned off/disconnected my television about 10+ years ago. I don't even have a digital antenna. I have a DVD player that is hooked up, and I only have purchased/watched media primarily from mid 90's or earlier. And movies only. I don't participate in regular television, tv series, news, etc. When you do this, and then interact with people that have not 'disconnected', it shows. You are far less likely to feed into peoples insecurities and drama. If anything, it can also make you seem, or feel like you are living in an alternate universe. I've made it almost a point to let people know I don't watch, or own a television. I get weird looks (which I expect), but it also shows me just how deep the emotional and psychological mind control goes.
#3: This appears to effect the younger crowd. I put myself through school in my 40's. Some of my professors got irksome with me because I didn't 'toe the line' on the current du-jour juvenile issue. However, I was in a STEM field, so much of the leftists/marxist stuff never came into play.
#4: You expanded on that with working for yourself, or a mom/pop/small business. That's what I do. Work for smaller companies rather than a 'big' name. Big names are more interested in playing the DIE game, so your odds of being a white guy with a technical/STEM degree are low being hired in the first place. Avoid any organization which pushes that bullshit.
RE: Food/Water/Exercise: Give up the goyslop/fast food garbage. Learn to cook for yourself and make healthy dinners. I personally only drink filtered water, fruit punch/cocktail and a soda on occasion. No alcohol. No power drinks. No drinks with high caffeine/sugar content. I have learned how to use a slow cooker/crockpot and it has really revolutionized the way I do my meals for the week. Much healthier with the veggies and meats I use.
Edit: Regarding SocMed: I agree (and that includes this website). These articles and posts are made to get you planted in front of a monitor for long periods of time, especially trying to read all the comments, snark and sarcasm. More often than not, you end up reading and then realize you have lost hours wasting your time. If anything, try to limit what internet browsing/surfing you have to no more than 15-30m per day. I've been on the internet since the mid 90's. At this point, there isn't anything else that I probably haven't already seen or read. Typical 'there is nothing new under the sun' type deal.
Anyway, that is just my 2-cents worth.
I don't know about #5 but I agree with the first four weapons you identified.
I agree that emotional control seems to be a very important underestimated factor in this. They can be very powerful maniuplators of people.
