4 Had not dove the cell --> there are more inconsistencies aside from the pure impossible physics of hanging. There are long term resident elements (ex. curtain stings) in this cell for a guy who was not a jail pro and having only been short term. Aym not even convinced this is his cell. Not if this was a suicide watch. Guards cut that stuff and then have them removed.
Guards SOP is to remove curtains, especially on specialty stays.
And why two mattresses? You get a mattress when entering and roll it up and remove it when transferring. You don't get double mattress.
And how much store he has on the top bunk does not fit this guy.
How much blankets and clothing is also a red flag.
There was another inmate or this is not his cell.

Considering his special treatment the first time in jail, it's not surprising he might still have privileges a common inmate doesn't.
Privileges are one thing -- behavior is another. There are elements in this cell that are indicative of some one who has been in jail enough times to confidently abuse the materials. This is NOT the behavior of Jeff
