4 Had not dove the cell --> there are more inconsistencies aside from the pure impossible physics of hanging. There are long term resident elements (ex. curtain stings) in this cell for a guy who was not a jail pro and having only been short term. Aym not even convinced this is his cell. Privileges are one thing -- behavior is another. There are elements in this cell that are indicative of some one who has been in jail enough times to confidently abuse the materials. This is NOT the behavior of Jeff
