I think with magnets and vortex one can reformat water's hard drive. I dont think osmosis clears the memory(im going to try and check) once it gets hit with the Gwen frequencies it fucks it up.
Ya, ok. You're right. But you need to start with RO water if you don't have a natural source of quality water. Then, yes, you can make the water with magnets, stones and vortex. It's got potential.
