No human can live that long. How would you verify that?

Good questions, I should have said the soul material being used, the matrix part of the body/soul/spirit trinity. Before we come to earth if we're advanced enough we prepare with soul material our future "way of being" so we can be steered to the lessons we want to learn this next lifetime. If we are not advanced enough it is done for us. Around the 13th century a bunch of soul material was held back to be used now during this time to help give opportunity to escape the matrix, which has become very powerful, and live in reality once again.

How do you "gather" it, if it is literal?
Well when you gather it you're on the otherside of the threshold as a spirit at the time so the perspective is different.
