Of course. They primarily use two methods here:

1. Predictive Programming. This method serves to gradually introduce and familiarize the public with future events or ideas, this way shaping our perceptions and, more disturbing, our acceptance of them.
2. Another method called Revelation of the Method, or RoM. An occult art wielded by the puppeteers behind the scenes. The elites tell us through their books, publications, movies, TV and news releases what they are doing. If you are too stupid to recognize it for what it is that is your problem from their point of view. IMO, it’s a form of ritual mocking of the victim.
