Everybody take a deep breath. This is how he makes deals. He starts with an outrageous (but possible) proposal to shock everyone and put himself in a strong position. Then he begins negotiations to work out a reasonable solution.
I get it, he's working for the jews yea yea, but to this day people don't understand his style.
