I don't know what Poe's law is, but I'm not thinking it's a good thing because the guy performing as Rick Ross is actually a former corrections officer who took on the name of Ricky Ross. Gary Webb would be rolling over in his grave. Gary Webb was more than an investigative reporter, he had such unique firearms talents that he committed suicide with 2 gunshot wounds to the back of the head
"Poe's Law" is a humorous adage that states, "Any sufficiently advanced parody of a belief system will be indistinguishable from the real thing." The idea is that if you parody something so well, it becomes difficult to tell whether it's a genuine belief or a parody.
In this case, it's basically not being able to tell whether they're being serious or joking.
