First and foremost, the CCC is NOT protected under infallibility (like the Bible and Church Dogmas), and thus, it can contain errors.

The first paragraph is true. The Jews received Divine Revelation from God before the Gentiles did. We Christians call this the Old Testament. This paragraph is exegeting Romans 9-11.
The second paragraph is also true. Both Christians and Jews do await the coming of the Messiah (for us Christians, it will be the Second Coming, as the Jews reject that He already came once).
The problem with the CCC (and this is the same thing you can say about Vatican 2's Nostra Aetate) is not that line-by-line it is saying anything incorrect, but rather what it DOESN'T SAY and the CHANGE OF TONE from previous Magisterium.
In other words, it's cherry picking things that are technically true but simultaneously staying away from important truths about the relationship between Christians and Jews that have always been there.
Thus, there are no changes, but rather important omissions of truths that still persist.
