He had MK Ultra alters. Alters are completely compartmentalized personality splits.

One was very childlike and innocent. Naive. One was a player, semi-normal young black man. One probably fucked children.

MK uses hypnosis, drugs, handlers, abuse, sex/rape, and other means to achieve this.
