The recent weather patterns are warmer than normal and when the air is warmer than the soil and humidity levels are high enough, it'll produce fog. The fog is probably nothing to be concerned about compared to what might be in the fog. I still don't know how they would get an homogeneous mixture in that much humidity. I don't trust TPTB, but I don't think this is the delivery system used
