People who have had a near death experience (NDE) describe the after life differently from what many religions teach. - Stay afraid, dumb and forgetful.

On mushrooms I was also able to enter my third eye, reflect off the inside back of my skull, refract off the pineal gland and bounce off the top of my heart to exit and go to another dimension out the top of my skull. I was able to perceive time, both past and present. I could see possible cycles that have not come to fruition yet.

Acid not so much as my brain is being deep fried. However, on higher doses I had a strong feeling that the visuals I was seeing during my trips weren't just in my eyes but also aligning the very synaptic connections of my brain in beautiful mathematical symmetrical patterns. My brain's neuron's were firing in very elaborate geometries which only enhanced my understanding of the enslavement of our species. I have had many oobe experiences on acid combined with nitrous oxide.

DMT on the other hand is a completely journey. DMT allowed me to see all the light filaments that were leaving the top of my head and connecting to every other single individual I met in person / or in 3D.

On DMT I travelled a vast distance inward, in space in the body next to the heart. I was brought upon a great cathedral whose pillars were made of pure light. I had what many call an ego death and was able to go beyond the many faced entity that was in front of the light. At this point of my trip (I video recorded myself) my body relaxes and I start to hum a tune that I still don't know to this day.

On another trip of DMT I witnessed the shear weight of the planet, and it's powerful magnetism that energetically charges us all. The planet is so heavy and powerful which contrasts are very fragile meat bag bodies. We are just as fragile as ants. During this trip I saw these creatures made of pure light. The "gnomes" were singing matter and energy into existence. I think this was on a hyper micro scale of existence. Being shown what we would call quantum mechanics, but even on that dimensional plane life still exists, which shapes the macro of our organism and world.

Being able to feel each individual cell working in unison and harmony in the body is truly miraculous. On DMT you can literally sense each individual cell of your body talking to all the other cells, possible thousands / millions of times a second.

You need to realize that the Mushrooms are merely plant teachers, that open your mind to the teachings all around you. Remembering that you paid for this experience, and it's a foreign substance in the body allows one to overcome their own thoughts / bad trips. Your mind, your thoughts, your trip. We all get a bad trip. Just as sailors must weather the occasional storm, so too we must endure a bad trip in order to reach the shores of a new world.

You are loved more than you know.

First, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to provide such a thoughtful response / insight.

These experiences either fall into two camps: (Option 1) Just chemical interference in the brain that leads to the illusion of a divine experience

(Option 2) An actual connection to a divine / experience / out of body event

If you believe in option (1), (just chemical interference and everything is internal) then it's reasonable to dismiss particulars of the trip and accept others. Your brain is merely developing random dream sequence events of which some are reasonable / profound and some are not.

If you believe in option (2) then you're more so forced to accept the event in its entirely, (i.e. "you will not live beyond this existence"). The "You will not live beyond this existence" realization comes on the heels of several other deep realizations that were very personal to me (i.e. this 'thing' seemed to peer directly into my soul and reveal truths about myself) thus building up credibility. It even claimed that it intervened and destroyed a package I was to receive due to the evil nature of the contents. It really showed me layers of perception - how much of reality I was missing.

I suppose there is an (option 3) that could open the door for misinterpretation or perhaps a "truth but not the whole truth" type scenario. If you are dealing with an external entity then there is no guarantee that entity has to be truthful.

I'm not sure. "Gnomes" were singing matter and energy into existence seems completely absurd unless you've gone through one of these situations then it doesn't seem so absurd. Very interesting. Your experience of quantum mechanics is similar to that of the video posted.
