I'm surprised not to see pro-Russia anti(fill-in-the-blank) posts here by the people that typically rip on America.
Situation: Turkey, using NATO (i.e. United States) intelligence and guidance led anti-Assad forces to take strategic locations in Syria, threatening the only Russian port in the Middle East. The US is attacking Iranian led militias which arm jihadis in the region, but the anti-Assad forces are essentially ISIS, another CIA creation. It looks like Assad might finally fall unless the Russians step up their game. But....
Russia, already ass deep in Ukraine is now fighting a two front war helping Assad.
All this before Trump takes office and we'll end up with a sort of peace of some sort.
Biden isn't in charge...so the CIA etc. are mucking things up before they get a new boss.
This will go on for a long time. The end goal is the complete destruction of Syria (even more than before) and emptying it out for the greater Israel project. Russia is a sidekick which will eventually get a piece of the pie (The coastal area of Latakia).
Assad and anti-Assad forces will keep taking and retaking areas destroying them completely while killing a whole bunch of people. Russia has made agreements with the west before this despite the optics. Aleppo was taken in less than a day with no fight. The Russians could have easily shot the ISIS convoys storming Aleppo.
America is supporting ISIS and Turkey in the north of Syria. America is also supporting PKK (Kurds) in the north east. PKK is also fighting against ISIS/Turkey Both funded by America and taking direct orders from Jews and both killing each other.
Some of those ISIS forces recently fought in Ukraine and were trained there.
