Look up Dr. Stefan Lanka, Dr. Sam Bailey, Dr. Andrew Kaufman is probably controlled psy op, truths mixed with pin point deception to undermine the movement.

There is a book called "what really makes you Ill" and it covers everything with science journalistic excellence.
