But that does not make rised question less legit. Israel is living completely on the Western people money. Without this Israel tax paid by Europeans and Americans Israel will cease to exist in a week. Today things even worse, Israel war with everyone around trashed miserable Israel economy. Wihout additional life support from West Israel is doomed.

So such bill is perfectly possible. It means nothing that such bill is not introduced yet. It will be, earlier or later.
