Women have instinct to look attractive for men. So they always tried to improve their appearance, look more feminine since the beginning.

But today women were told they don't need men anymore, they are self-sufficient and all that crap. And that instinct just go wild.

Women still have a need to improve themselves (it's instinct), but with absence of recipient of their improvements there is no any necessary feedback, no subject to evaluate their job, so improvements spiral into complete madness as in any system without feedback. They have to do something but have no any clue what to do and to what extent, so do all possible shit no man will ever like. And this make things even worse, cutting all possible ways of feedback.
