I checked out the LinkedIN page of the lawyer, which is notes on his opening slides in the bottom right corner. He might be wrong, but he's a real practicing lawyer.

indeed

but his lawyers sent the prosecution voice recordings and text messages that destroyed his case and when they were asked "did you mean to send these?" failed to respond in the "oops, our bad" time limit so they got entered into evidence
