It's always good to be optimistic. Make what opportunities you have.

This is a managed decline.
There will be a short 1-2 year window where economics will stabilize.
Bill Gates and Larry Fink will want to buy up available land. Unless you can buy in person. Preferably keep land in the family.
CBDC... become unkikable and stop paying taxes. LOL.
