We should consider, since Trump seemingly ruined the Covid operations long game with a rushed vaccine that ended the lockdowns, and since zero of the outrages that the Covid cartel floated in that period (passports, shot requirements, tracking, etc) actually happened, that this is Trump's inside guy who fucked the Covid people. He probably made this deal in 2020.
