This has to happen to make people believe in the end times. God will allow His Church to become corrupted for reasons only known to Him, but He promised us that "the gates of Hell shall not prevail over the Church" (Matthew 16:18).

At what point would the Catholic church be corrupt beyond redemption? Why would God allow His own church to become so corrupted?

Perhaps the time has come that we impale the Pope. Let us assemble a crusade of knights and send battalions to attack the Vatican.
