Why does it matter? No votes are counted and every candidate has identical policies. Stop thinking Hollywood movies are real.

Oh, the machines count them, I would have to tally the number of votes (not for each candidate, but the total) and make sure it was matching the number of ballots distributed, which was sent via a Verizon router to the server downtown. My shit matched.
The fraud came from the mail in ballots processed downtown. This is how it's done in most cases. Fake tallies only occur in the rarest of voter fraud cases.
