I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she can overcome it with exposure to faces.
I refused to wear a mask (except when required for my blood work and even then it was literally a gauze thing I made that didn't impact my breathing) and I had a hard time talking to or looking at people wearing masks. It's always been hard for me. I need to see faces for people to be 'real', if that makes any sense. I could see why she'd be freaked out by people in masks.

Shell be OK. Lucky we had a good community of people who refused to comply so she's way better than a lot of kids I've seen.
I think she just won't end up as open and approachable as her siblings... which isn't the worst thing in the world.
