The human mind is becoming the battlefield of tomorrow, and this means that every person is a potential target. Warfare is no longer a purely military concept; it has become much broader and more complex. In the future, there will only be one rule in warfare: There are no rules. While other domains can provide tactical and operational victories, the human domain is the only domain in which we can secure a full victory

This reads very Orwellian.

Yip. And those are the words of NATO. The ‘we’ they refer to is, in this instance, NATO. And we, the civilians, are the ‘them’ in their them and us dichotomy.

Similar to when it is said ‘Diversity is our strength’ in which the average person thinks that they and their entire society are included within the ‘our’. Who is ‘our’ when they state that? It is ‘their’ strength and that’s how they mean it.

Did you notice that they also included nanotechnology and the like within their cognitive warfare weapons and NeuraLink etc. very Orwellian indeed. Very Brave New World. And Aldous Huxleys brother Julian was there at the founding of UNESCO too.

Good points. Yes, I've red Julian Huxley (grandson of T.H. Huxley who pushed Darwinism western academia and education) and the Royal Society scumbags writing openly about the NWO hundred years ago. I have a whole library of globalist technocrats elaborating on their plans and people still refuse to believe there's an agenda. No amount of evidence will do anything for them.
