Propaganda goals:

Keep engaged in useless drivel
Divert attention from other things
Activate strong emotions -> reduce intelligent thinking
Confuse -> makes one doubt oneself
Put into semi-trance reactive state -> easier to program
Make people forgetful -> easier to rewrite history in real-time
Demoralize -> loss of hope
Induce Fear in order to ...
