Interesting turn of events. I've long maintained that Assange is dead, having been black-bagged from the embassy in October 2016, then probably executed. I maintain that he's still dead.
For whatever reason, they are now drawing the curtain on their psychodrama. Maybe someone got some power that could spring him, and they didn't want to everyone to realize there was no one to spring. Who knows?
So we get a text-only tweet from the assuredly compromised WikiLeaks, no pics or vids of this historic event. Has anyone else ever been sprung from prison this fast, no announcement? Who picked him up? Who paid for his plane ticket? No one in the airport says, "Hey that's Julian Fucking Assange!" and snaps a pic?How could he possibly have a valid passport? Can I see his passport photo?
I feel it's just another demonstration of how easily people are deceived.
WASHINGTON — WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange plans to plead guilty to a conspiracy charge this week as part of a plea deal with the U.S. Justice Department that will allow him to go free after having spent five years in a British prison, according to court documents.
