Flat earth confirms that the biblical account of creation is correct. Flat earth shows that we are a deliberate creation, not a random accident. Opposed to this is Big bang theory, that a Jesuit Priest came up with. The Heliocentric model, where the sun has been placed in the center, is a part of ancient Pagan sun worship: this gets thrown out the window with flat earth, as it places the earth at the center of creation, known as the the Geocentric model.
Why the biblical one and not any of the other countless creation myths?
Because I am a Bible believing Christian. If flat earth confirms other creation myths, then so be it. A lot of creation myths is influenced by what the Bible says, so I am not a surprise that they also look upon the world as being flat.
Plenty of creation myths are older than the bible.
Except the Bible says the Earth isn’t flat.
