Google.com. This is one of the results explaining angular resolution of our eyes.

The angle is proportional to the wavelength of light divided by the diameter of the aperture, multiplied by a constant 1.22. The constant is derived from mathematical construct called a 1st order Bessel function, which is used in a variety of of areas, not just angular resolution.
