Both links are bunk. They are from vaxx and the phenomenon by Cardiff is just more bunk.

You need to read actual primary resources and research from non-vaxx pushers who've been analysing clots for 2 years now.

it used to be "that's not real" but now "it happens but it's rare / part of covid"
