It's not about agreeing with your details. Women were given an STD from men they trusted in such high numbers it was a big enough deal to make the news, and cause a study. What happened was an AIDS clinic opened in DC, so all the people that needed treatment moved to the area.

Then the down low men had sex with wife's that didn't consent to having sex with men that had sex with other men. It skewed statistics, but only locally. That's why the study linked is for a specific area.
