Is the conspiracy here government control of the Internet?
The conspiracy is the establishment of a single global atmospheric and/or orbital system for providing the Internet anywhere on Earth regardless of planetside infrastructure at the location. The purpose of this is to establish a single global fiat digital-only currency to control all transactions, everywhere, by everyone, and monitor everything everyone buys and owns.
The act has the word 'freedom' in it. So, I don't feel like that's a concern…
Government already controls the internet -- this is about getting to eID and CBDC.
One of the things that people who worry about eID and CBDC do not realize is that for it to work globally as is intended is that you need an always on 24/7 global network.. but most of the world has a very unreliable internet.. unless of course since 2019/g and aggressively since (140 launches last year for LEO and MEO satellites) you put up satellites expressly for internet connectivity.
