The reason you'd call people that is the same reason the Jews call goys sub human. It's for your own pride / ego and allows you to do evil with impunity (in your own mind).
Born again believers do not engage in that kind of behavior. We would never dehumanize a fellow believer on account of his race. But Jesus said you MUST be born again to entered the Kingdom of Heaven. If you aren't born again you aren't saved and need to repent.

Hitler split Poland in two over a land dispute, giving half the country over to the (evil) USSR. This action not only was horrible to the Polish people, but also plunged Germany into another World War, leading to the destruction of Germany by that same evil power he made a deal with over Poland.
He then pushed Jews into ghettos and later slave labor camps where he held them hostage (according to his own speeches and not so veiled threats).
To call any man the second coming of Christ, let alone that man is completely anti-Christian, and you shouldn't pretend to be a brother in Christ.
