Artificial (suggested) tempts one to ignore to REspond to ALL (perceivable).

This particular artist

a) Reality sets each part within apart from one another...artifice tempts together.

b) From wikipedia: "There is no generally agreed definition of what constitutes art"...why? Because general/generic/affecting all implies motion, which "agreed upon definitions and constitutions" contradicts.
