That's a disingenuous analogy. It'd be like paying that neighbor substantial amounts of money to keep their house divided and then use them shooting at you to justify taking their front yard piecemeal over 75 years while maintaining a perimeter that ensured they couldn't leave
They are throwing stones at their jailers who've got the biggest military in the world backing them up. To say it's a fair fight would be a blatant lie, which is what you're inferring with your "shooting at their house" analogy
