Why it got america to throw away another 60 billion?
If the plan is to weaken and bankrupt their enemy they are doing a good job.

They send huge amounts of money to pay for the entire running of the bankrupt country.
The salaries for everybody.
Paying for the training of the troops.
It's not just old equipment and you are naive to believe that.
How much cash is it then. Name a number.
This article says 26.4 billion in financial aid. 35% of total aid.
