That video is from 2016 not today or recently. Also a study and investigation was conducted and found that the cloud seeding that was done had absolutely no impact on the atmosphere and did not lead to the historic flooding back in 2016.
I think the trails are a waste of taxpayer cash by climate alarmists pushing for biofuels and could lead to flooding and adverse effects, but this is old news.
