You don't need someone's DNA to catch them speeding or selling ounces of weed and that seems to be the only stuff they give a dog shit about.
They just love to cheat in the name of laziness, don't they? This will NEVER hold up in court, don't worry.
As an aside : it is said that the vax marks/changes DNA so...are these related somehow?
