In a conspiracy context, could there be human clones walking the Earth right now?

Is it possible?
What would be the purpose?
Is there any evidence that supports the theory? Or anything that implies cloning is real?

Breaking is implied in all nature is giving each one within...

Free implies within dominance
Will/want implies within need
Of implies out of; hence within
Choice implies within balance

Others suggest "free will" without "of choice". Why? To tempt ones choice to consent to the suggested offer "free will" by the choice of another, which makes it a liberty suggested, and ones consent puts one at liberty to another.
