I'm convinced of the child abuse / child abduction part especially after pizzagate. I considered the adrenochrome part highly plausible, especially after those articles that were posted about blood transfusions with young people having health benefits. the only thing about humana in the food supply that I know of was that finger in the chili incident from Wendy's, which was thoroughly examined in the courts and ruled to be a hoax. I've yet to see or hear of anything else, so if they are putting humans in the food supply, they are hiding it very well.
