Tik Tok bill sets an interesting option to seize/ban ANY web site, not just app, when the state classifies it as foreign operated :

So two birds with one stone :

move Tik Tok under US censorship control, to maximise deep state narrative control
Enable this to be done to any app/website that the Derp State wants and classifies as a target.
