a) Foundation implies basis of an edifice; community implies aggregate upon the basis of an edifice...being implies edifice (life) within basis (inception towards death).
Aggregation isn't needed; it's wanted, hence tempting edifice to overburden self within basis.
b) LIST, verb - "to enlist; to lean or incline to a side; to desire"...aka ones choice to want (suggested); while ignoring need (perceivable).
LIST'EN, verb - "to obey; to yield to advice; to follow admonition; to attend"...hear/ear implies center of perceivable sound; which inspires resistance aka shelter from noise; not submission to suggested directions by others.
In situations like these a founder needs only to listen to the community. Rarely in my experience does that happen. Remember Ruqqus?
