Could be to find spies. Irans was taken out a couple weeks back. Maybe payback? Or maybe 3 letter did both?

Absolutely should! I think it might be our duty to create a failsafe for what so many have become hopelessly reliant on. It could save lives if or when the Internet goes down or is sabotaged
