Growing up the teachers whipped out a paper that says, this is the position, this is the average salary. The teacher then asked, what do you want to do? Most kids including myself pick the highest paying jobs because of lust and greed.
What if most doctors really didnt care about people only cares about money? If these people were removed how many good doctors would remain? IMO very little.
Hospitals were more than happy to implement fatal protocols during covid because of all the government money.
