in a widespread social upheaval event, i think the disparities in mental ability and general countenance are going to become clear quickly and dramatically. NOLA during Katrina provided a great example of what blacks do and what whites do when SHTF.
any SHTF wargame has to take into account racial tensions and differences. i'm in TX. in general whites and hispanics will either get along very well or have an uneasy peace. i'd be curious to see how things divide up between hispanics here legitimately and all the illegals. legit hispanics don't show it to whites much, but there is a fuckton of resentment towards illegals among the legit hispanics. and, of course, there's no racial group here that likes blacks as a demographic. pajeets were tolerated and generally looked on favorably, but the influx of pajeets over the last 5 years has bred quite a bit of resentment, and made non-pajeets aware how pajeets can be incompetent and entitled at the same time. and, of course, nobody (except blacks) have probs with asians.
if the water supply infrastructure stops, blacks will have the worst time of it most quickly. those neighborhoods have neither the skill or equipment lying around to dig wells deep enough to get to the aquifer here. alot of hispanics have access to or own construction equipment outright. in my part of TX, the few rivers will get sucked dry before the water makes it to where the blacks are. i don't think there's any black neighborhoods near any of the reservoirs. black neighborhoods will have far more gas and guns than water. blacks will turn to raiding very quickly. less than 48 hours, depending on the time of year.
there's hundreds of videos showing how blacks are willing to behave in department stores, restaurants, amusement parks, public transportation, public schools, and even university classrooms, and that's when there's no imminent survival oriented threat. literally no other race does that shit.
imho, anyone planning what moves they'll make should SHTF absolutely has to take into account local racial demographics.
